Firefighters rescue man that fell off a cliff in Sagres

Yesterday (Monday, 10th) the volunteer firefighters of Vila do Bispo saved a man that fell off a cliff in Sagres.

A 39-year-old man was saved yesterday (Monday, February 10th) from a cliff in Sagres by the Volunteer Firefighters of Vila do Bispo. The firemen had to rappel down the cliff in order to assess the situation and rescue the man.

Firefighters, INEM (health emergencies), Maritime Police and Gendarmerie answered the call, with a total of twenty-two officials being involved in the operation. Five vehicles were utilized in the rescue, including ambulances and a helicopter.
