Euromillions prize lands in Portugal

The 79 million euros jackpot was awarded to a player from Sertã, Portugal.

An Euromillions player located in Portugal won the top prize, announced the playing house after the draw, last Tuesday. The winner was registered in Sertã, with a ticket containing two simple bets.

Portugal is ranked now number four on the list of all-time winners, behind France, Spain and the United Kingdom.

The winning numbers in this Euromillions edition were 18 – 21 – 29 – 38 and 41 while the lucky stars were 01 and 11.
