Inauguration ceremony of the new office happened yesterday
New office of the Junta de Freguesia of Ferragudo was inaugurated last Wednesday, with the presence of the President of the Municipality of Lagoa, Francisco Martins, the Secretary of State of Consumer Protection João Veloso and other invited entities.
The new infrastructure has “centrilized services of Administration, a Espaço do Cidadão, a cash machine and a post office. Citizens will be able to access several services in only one place”.
The new office is situated on the main area of Ferragudo village, with access to people with reduced mobility and a parking lot.
“Ferragudo finally has a place that respects the value of its residents and visitors, whom during summer choose its beaches and gastronomy for holidays. It is also important to acknowledge the Câmara of Lagoa, which bought the property offering it for free to Ferragudo” the Municipality of Lagoa said.
